Angle Villa appeals for location and dining, but housekeeping needs more consistency. a small mid-range boutique hotel in Lekki Phase 1, scored for what it is.

Angle Villa is a small mid-range boutique hotel in Lekki Phase 1, best considered for its location and dining rather than its luxury claims. Google’s strong overall rating includes plenty of restaurant and bar feedback; Agoda’s overnight guests are broadly positive too. Older Tripadvisor reviews praise the food and atmosphere, while an April 2026 Expedia guest found the hotel clean and the staff helpful. It’s a reasonable shortlist choice if your plans center on Lekki.

The reservation is consistency. Agoda and Expedia guests report cleaning and maintenance shortcomings, including tired bedding and bathroom problems, although these are not universal experiences. Entry-level rooms can also disappoint on space. Breakfast costs extra unless included, and Expedia lists no elevator. We’d skip it if dependable housekeeping or step-free room access is essential; otherwise, confirm your room category and breakfast inclusion before booking.

• Best for: travelers with plans in Lekki Phase 1; guests who appreciate on-site dining and bars

• Watch out for: uneven housekeeping and maintenance reports; compact entry-level rooms; no elevator

• Location: Lekki Phase 1 address near the Lekki–Ikoyi Bridge; location is a consistent strength in guest feedback.

• Rooms: Air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi; some guests question entry-level room size and maintenance.

• Cleanliness: Generally positive aggregate scores, but Agoda and Expedia contain repeated cleaning complaints.

• Service: Helpful staff earn praise, though reception and problem handling receive mixed feedback.

• Amenities: Restaurant, cocktail bar, cigar lounge, free Wi-Fi and free parking; no pool listed by Google.

• Fees and surprises: Breakfast may cost extra; confirm inclusion and room access, since Expedia lists no elevator.
