#5 of 7 hotels in Dębniki by Axel's take. Dębniki is #6 of 7 places to stay in Krakow. The best hotels in Dębniki, ranked · Where to stay in Krakow

Axel's take: 8.3/10

A strong riverside choice, especially if you book a room away from the trams. an upscale riverside boutique hotel with a spa, scored for what it is.

Niebieski is an upscale riverside boutique hotel in Salwator, best chosen for its Vistula setting and personal scale rather than polished luxury. It's a strong pick for a relaxed Krakow break: recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise clean rooms, helpful staff and comfortable beds. Breakfast generally earns good feedback, and the river-facing restaurant terrace and well-reviewed spa give you reasons to linger beyond sightseeing.

Room choice matters. Several guests flag tram noise on the street side, while some find the darker interiors dated rather than luxurious. We'd book a river-facing room and confirm the exact category rather than assume every room has a view or balcony. Allow roughly 20–25 minutes to walk into the historic center. Skip it if you want Old Town nightlife outside your door or consistently contemporary luxury.

  • Best for: couples wanting river views; sightseers happy to walk; travelers combining sightseeing with spa treatments

  • Watch out for: tram noise in street-facing rooms; some dark, dated interiors; room views and balconies vary by category

  • Location: On the Vistula in Salwator, with nearby trams and a roughly 20–25-minute walk into the historic center.
