Axel's take: 8.8/10

Spacious luxury and strong dining make this a smart HITEC City base. a modern 5-star business hotel overlooking Durgam Cheruvu Lake, scored for what it is.

ITC Kohenur is a modern 5-star business hotel in HITEC City, and a strong pick for travelers who want generous rooms and plenty of dining choices. Booking.com and Expedia guests repeatedly praise room comfort, cleanliness and the breakfast spread; recent Tripadvisor stays reinforce the spacious-room appeal. Lake-facing accommodation gives it an edge over a purely functional business base, while the outdoor pool, gym and Kaya Kalp spa round out the luxury offering.

Service is generally warmly reviewed, but restaurant delays, slower check-in and uneven lounge attention keep it from feeling consistently seamless. Breakfast costs extra unless included in your booking. Nearby pipeline and road repairs caused disruption in June 2026; their current status is unconfirmed, so check access before arrival. We'd choose it for western Hyderabad business or a hotel-focused break, rather than an Old City sightseeing base.

• Best for: HITEC City business travelers; couples wanting a hotel-focused break; travelers prioritizing spacious rooms

• Watch out for: occasional check-in and dining delays; breakfast not included in every booking; nearby roadworks reported in June 2026

• Location: Convenient for HITEC City offices and Inorbit Mall; less suited to an Old City-focused trip.

• Rooms: Spacious, comfortable rooms draw consistent praise; book a lake-facing category if the view matters.

• Cleanliness: A clear strength across guest ratings and recent reviews, despite occasional housekeeping complaints.

• Service: Mostly helpful and attentive, with some recurring delays and uneven restaurant or lounge service.

• Amenities: Outdoor and children's pools, gym, Kaya Kalp spa, several restaurants and bars; no airport shuttle.

• Fees and surprises: Self-parking and valet are complimentary; breakfast and extra beds can cost more; June roadwork status remains unconfirmed.
