Axel's take: 7.7/10

A practical Ameerpet base, stronger on hospitality than room condition. an older mid-range business hotel in Ameerpet, scored for what it is.

Aditya Park is an older mid-range business hotel in Ameerpet, and we'd choose it for convenience and attentive staff rather than four-star polish. Recent Tripadvisor and Trip.com guests repeatedly praise the hospitality, breakfast variety and comfortable rooms. It's a sensible base for local business or hospital visits, with shops and transport nearby.

The trade-off is uneven upkeep. Alongside plenty of clean-room reports, recent guests on Trip.com and Google describe tired interiors, maintenance shortcomings and occasional hot-water problems. Those complaints don't define every stay, but they're worth taking seriously. We'd confirm room condition before booking and skip it if fresh bathrooms or consistently polished accommodation matter most. There's a fitness centre, but no pool: think functional city stay, not leisure retreat.

• Best for: business travelers with work in Ameerpet; visitors to nearby hospitals; travelers prioritizing hospitality over new interiors

• Watch out for: uneven room maintenance; occasional hot-water complaints; no swimming pool

• Location: Opposite Aster Prime Hospital in Ameerpet; the hotel lists Ameerpet Metro Station 1.1 km away.

• Rooms: Comfortable for many guests, but recent reports show inconsistent upkeep and dated interiors.

• Cleanliness: Mostly praised on Tripadvisor, though not uniformly reliable across recent guest reports.

• Service: Helpful reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff are recurring strengths.

• Amenities: Restaurant, pub, fitness centre, meeting facilities and complimentary Wi-Fi; no pool.

• Fees and surprises: Expedia lists free self-parking; breakfast, airport transfers, extra beds and late checkout can cost extra.
