Hotels in HersheyA no-frills budget hotel a short drive from Hersheypark
8.0/10
A practical Hersheypark base with friendly staff, but compact rooms and uneven soundproofing.
This is a no-frills budget hotel, not a full-service Hilton, and it's a strong pick for a short Hersheypark trip. Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise clean rooms, helpful staff and the convenient drive to the park and Giant Center. Free parking, a simple continental breakfast and an indoor pool cover the basics. Management says the property reopened after renovations in January 2025.
The compromises are space and quiet: several guests describe cramped bathrooms, noise from neighboring rooms or floors, and especially loud elevator chimes. Ask for a room away from the elevator. Room cleanliness generally earns better feedback than carpets and common areas, while pool reviews are mixed. We'd skip it for a spacious family stay or a hotel-centered vacation; it makes more sense as somewhere to sleep between outings.
