#9 of 9 hotels in Fossil Creek by Axel's take. Fossil Creek is #6 of 6 places to stay in Fort Worth. The best hotels in Fossil Creek, ranked · Where to stay in Fort Worth

Axel's take: 6.8/10

Useful space and included basics, but upkeep makes this a cautious budget pick. a budget all-suite chain hotel in north Fort Worth, scored for what it is.

This budget all-suite hotel in north Fort Worth makes most sense for a short, car-based stay. Spacious rooms, free parking and included breakfast give it practical appeal, and recent Expedia and Google guests often praise helpful staff and comfortable, clean rooms. We'd consider it for a straightforward overnight rather than a stay built around the hotel's facilities.

The catch is uneven upkeep. Tripadvisor and Google guests describe stained furnishings, while 2026 booking-site reviews add inconsistent bathroom cleaning and repeated elevator breakdowns. Pool and hot-tub reports vary from clean and working to closures or poor maintenance; later reviews suggest reopening, not consistently good condition. Confirm those facilities and elevator access directly before booking. We'd skip it if dependable accessibility, spotless finishes or pool time are priorities.

  • Best for: budget travelers with a car; short business stays; travelers wanting extra room space

  • Watch out for: recurring elevator outages; uneven housekeeping and worn furnishings; inconsistent pool and hot-tub condition

  • Location: Practical north Fort Worth base with nearby chain restaurants; sightseeing generally requires a car.

  • Rooms: Generous suite space with refrigerators and microwaves, but furnishings and bathrooms show uneven wear.

  • Cleanliness: Many guests report clean rooms, alongside recurring complaints about stains and bathroom cleaning.

  • Service: Helpful staff earn regular praise, though desk availability and problem handling are inconsistent.

  • Amenities: Breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking and a gym are included; confirm pool, hot-tub and elevator availability.

  • Fees and surprises: A refundable damage deposit is required; cribs and extra beds may cost extra, and pets are not accepted.
