Hotels in DelhiA basic 2-star budget guesthouse in Bhogal, near Nizamuddin railway station
5.5/10
Useful for Nizamuddin connections, but cleanliness and service are too inconsistent for an easy recommendation.
Westend Holiday Home is a basic budget guesthouse in Bhogal, with Nizamuddin railway station about 1.5 km away according to its website. The location near shops and eateries is its clearest selling point. Some April–June 2026 guests on ixigo praise helpful staff, pleasant rooms and food, so the picture is not uniformly poor. Still, we'd treat it as a practical short-stop option rather than a dependable Delhi base.
Cleanliness is the sticking point: Trip.com guests repeatedly describe dirty bathrooms and worn bedding, while complaints continue into 2026 on Hotels.com and ixigo. Service ranges from friendly to dismissive, and several guests report billing disputes. We'd skip it for a family holiday or whenever reliable housekeeping matters most. If considering it for a train connection, inspect the room and confirm the total and inclusions before paying.
Axel's opinion, from the hotel's website and recent guest reviews, scored for what the hotel is. Sources: Hotel website · ixigo.com · Trip.com · Hotels.com · Booking.com · Tripadvisor. Reviewed Oct 15, 2026.

Best for: Short Nizamuddin railway stopovers; Budget travelers willing to inspect before committing
Watch out for: Recurring bathroom and bedding cleanliness complaints; Inconsistent staff response; Reported billing disputes
Location: Bhogal market setting, about 1.5 km from Nizamuddin station; shops and eateries nearby.
Rooms: Basic air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms; some guests find them small or poorly maintained.
Cleanliness: Repeated negative reports across sites, despite some positive room reports in spring 2026.
Service: Recent feedback ranges from helpful and prompt to rude or unresponsive.
Amenities: Wi-Fi, room service, laundry and a 24-hour desk are listed; booking sites disagree about lift access.
Fees and surprises: Confirm breakfast, payment method and an itemized total; guests report billing disputes, and Hotels.com lists housekeeping charges.
