6.6/10
Useful for train connections, but cleanliness and upkeep make it a compromise.
Hotel Parkway Deluxe is a basic independent 3-star in Paharganj, best considered for a short railway stopover rather than a comfortable Delhi holiday. Its strongest selling point is the short walk to New Delhi Railway Station. Tripadvisor guests praise helpful staff, spacious rooms and food, while Booking.com’s overall rating is considerably less enthusiastic. We'd consider it when station access matters most.
The trade-off is inconsistent housekeeping and aging rooms. Recent Expedia and ixigo feedback includes complaints about bedding, cleaning and noise; ixigo guests also report maintenance problems. Other guests describe clean, comfortable stays, so the evidence is mixed rather than uniformly poor. We'd skip it if dependable cleanliness, quiet or polished facilities are priorities. Confirm lift operation before booking if stairs would be difficult.
