Signiel Seoul is a five-star luxury hotel high in Lotte World Tower, and it largely delivers on the occasion. We'd choose it for a celebration or a hotel-focused break: panoramic views, comfortable rooms and bathrooms, an indoor pool, and the guest-only Salon de SIGNIEL lounge give it substance beyond the skyline. Expedia and Booking.com guests consistently praise cleanliness, comfort and staff, with strong overall ratings on both.

The main compromise is Jamsil: excellent for Lotte World and shopping, less convenient for sightseeing around Seoul’s historic center. Service earns abundant praise, though several recent Tripadvisor guests describe communication gaps or less proactive attention than luxury expectations warrant.
