Axel's take: 8.0/10

A good Corniche base for space and friendly service, rather than polished extras. a simple mid-range apartment hotel by the Corniche, scored for what it is.

Le Yacht is a simple mid-range apartment hotel whose main selling points are generous space and a handy Corniche location. We'd pick it for families wanting separate bedrooms rather than a conventional hotel room. Recent Expedia guests repeatedly praise the large apartments, cleanliness and helpful staff; Booking.com guests also rate location and service particularly well. It's a good practical base for seaside walks and visiting Hassan II Mosque.

The trade-off is uneven attention to the details. Tripadvisor guests describe sparsely equipped kitchens and missing toiletries, while a March 2026 guest reported several maintenance faults. Those reports don't outweigh the broader positive feedback, but we'd confirm kitchen equipment before planning to cook. Breakfast generally earns praise, though experiences vary. Skip it if you expect polished suite-hotel amenities or reliably comprehensive self-catering facilities.

• Best for: families wanting separate bedrooms; travelers prioritizing space over extras; Corniche walks and mosque visits

• Watch out for: sparse kitchen equipment; occasional maintenance shortcomings; basic toiletries

• Location: Close to the seafront promenade, with restaurants nearby and Hassan II Mosque within walking distance.

• Rooms: Spacious apartment-style accommodation, including two-bedroom options; equipment and upkeep can vary.

• Cleanliness: Generally a strength across recent Expedia reviews and Booking.com's overall cleanliness rating.

• Service: Friendly, helpful staff are a consistent positive across several platforms.

• Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, limited free covered parking and 24-hour reception; breakfast feedback is mostly positive.

• Fees and surprises: Confirm breakfast inclusion and kitchen contents when booking; parking capacity is limited.
