Axel's take: 7.2/10

A practical central base with helpful staff, but noise limits its appeal. A small, apartment-style city hotel marketed as 4-star, scored for what it is.

ADDRESS is a small, apartment-style city hotel marketed as four-star, though we'd approach it as a practical mid-range stay rather than a polished upscale one. Kitchenettes and a location near cafés, restaurants and the Twin Center are its strongest selling points. Booking.com guests generally praise cleanliness and staff, while recent Expedia feedback also singles out helpful reception service. It's a reasonable pick for a short city or work trip.

The main compromise is sleep: guests repeatedly describe boulevard traffic and weak soundproofing between rooms. Recent feedback also suggests the rooms look better in photos than in person, and breakfast earns mixed comments. Parking needs checking directly: the hotel advertises free covered spaces, but guests report none available. We'd skip it for a quiet getaway or dependable four-star polish.

• Best for: Short business trips; Travelers wanting a kitchenette; Visitors prioritizing cafés and restaurants

• Watch out for: Traffic noise and weak soundproofing; Dated finishes and uneven breakfast; Conflicting parking information

• Location: Central boulevard setting near the Twin Center, with restaurants and cafés nearby.

• Rooms: Kitchenettes and comfortable beds are positives; dated finishes and noise are recurring drawbacks.

• Cleanliness: Booking.com feedback is broadly positive, although older Tripadvisor reports are less reassuring.

• Service: Helpful reception staff receive consistent praise; housekeeping details can be uneven.

• Amenities: Free Wi-Fi and kitchenettes; the official site also advertises a café and fitness room.

• Fees and surprises: City tax may be separate; confirm breakfast inclusion and actual parking availability before booking.
