Axel's take: 6.1/10

Generous suites and helpful staff, but housekeeping and upkeep are too inconsistent. A worn 3-star extended-stay hotel with apartment-style suites in Williston, scored for what it is.

This 3-star extended-stay hotel in Williston is a practical but uneven option for travelers who need room to spread out. Full kitchens, separate living areas, free parking and included breakfast give it useful everyday value. Recent Expedia guests often praise the comfortable beds, spacious layouts and helpful staff. We'd consider it for a self-catering stay with a car, rather than a polished Burlington getaway.

The sticking point is consistency: Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly describe stained carpets, worn bathrooms, odors and missed cleaning, alongside reports of clean, comfortable stays. Those are more than cosmetic trade-offs, even at this level. The hotel also confirms its indoor pool is closed until further notice, and breakfast gets mixed feedback. We'd skip it if dependable housekeeping, updated rooms or swimming are priorities.

• Best for: Self-catering travelers with a car; Longer stays needing extra space

• Watch out for: Inconsistent cleaning and maintenance; Indoor pool closed until further notice; No elevators

• Location: In suburban Williston, convenient for driving around the region rather than exploring downtown Burlington on foot.

• Rooms: Spacious kitchen-equipped suites and often-praised beds; bathrooms, carpets and furnishings show recurring wear.

• Cleanliness: Mixed reports, with repeated recent complaints about dirty bathrooms, floors and linens.

• Service: Helpful, friendly staff are a recurring strength, though follow-through on problems varies.

• Amenities: Breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking included; gym and laundry advertised, but the indoor pool is closed.

• Fees and surprises: A deposit and pet fees apply; confirm pet restrictions directly because official and booking-site policies differ.
