#7 of 9 hotels in Lara by Axel's take. Lara is #5 of 6 places to stay in Antalya. The best hotels in Lara, ranked · Where to stay in Antalya

Axel's take: 7.1/10

Good budget potential, but aircraft noise and uneven basics limit the appeal. a budget hotel with gardens and pools near Antalya Airport, scored for what it is.

Lara Garden is a budget hotel near Antalya Airport, not a beachfront resort. We'd consider it for an inexpensive break with modest expectations: gardens, pools and a free beach shuttle give it more appeal than a basic overnight stop. Recent Expedia and Trip.com guests often praise helpful staff and clean rooms, although housekeeping and room equipment aren't entirely consistent.

The main compromise is aircraft noise, repeatedly mentioned across guest-review sites; light sleepers should look elsewhere. Food divides opinion, and the all-inclusive drinks selection draws criticism, so we'd favor bed-and-breakfast unless convenience matters most. For an October stay, confirm swimming arrangements: Expedia lists the seasonal outdoor pool as open April 1–September 30.

Best for: budget-conscious couples; families happy using a beach shuttle; short stays near the airport
Watch out for: aircraft noise overhead; uneven food and room equipment; seasonal pool; confirm opening dates
Location: Near the airport but inland; use the complimentary shuttle rather than expecting beachfront access.
Rooms: Simple air-conditioned rooms; family rooms earn praise, but missing or malfunctioning equipment appears in reviews.
Cleanliness: Generally positive feedback, with occasional housekeeping lapses rather than a consistently poor pattern.
Service: Helpful reception staff are a recurring strength across Expedia and Trip.com.
Amenities: Gardens, outdoor swimming, free Wi-Fi, parking and beach transport; pool operation is seasonal according to Expedia.
Fees and surprises: Airport transfers and late checkout cost extra; Expedia also lists restrictions on solo men and male-only groups—confirm directly before booking.
