#9 of 9 hotels in Konyaaltı Beach by Axel's take. Konyaaltı Beach is #4 of 6 places to stay in Antalya. The best hotels in Konyaaltı Beach, ranked · Where to stay in Antalya

Axel's take: 6.9/10

A convenient beach base, but upkeep and housekeeping need more consistency. a small, simple boutique hotel near Konyaaltı Beach, scored for what it is.

Eva is a small, simple boutique hotel in Gürsu, best considered for its beach access rather than its spa name. Guests repeatedly praise the short walk to the sea, nearby restaurants and welcoming staff. Several recent Expedia guests also describe comfortable, spacious rooms. We'd consider it for a straightforward beach break, provided you can accept uneven standards rather than expect a polished boutique experience.

The reservations are practical: Booking.com and Tripadvisor guests report cleaning that required requests or did not happen, while maintenance concerns also appear in recent Expedia and Google reviews. Breakfast earns both enthusiastic praise and complaints about limited portions. Overall ratings vary considerably between platforms. We'd skip it if dependable housekeeping is your priority, and confirm current spa facilities and step-free access before booking.

  • Best for: couples prioritizing beach access; travelers who eat out locally

  • Watch out for: inconsistent housekeeping and maintenance; mixed breakfast feedback; spa facilities and elevator access need confirmation

  • Location: Guests consistently praise the short beach walk and plentiful nearby restaurants.

  • Rooms: Some guests find rooms spacious and comfortable; others report broken fittings and maintenance needs.

  • Cleanliness: Positive reports coexist with repeated complaints about missed cleaning, including stays in 2025 and 2026.

  • Service: Friendly, helpful staff are a recurring strength, though follow-through on cleaning requests varies.

  • Amenities: Breakfast, air conditioning and reception are listed; current spa provision and elevator access are unclear.

  • Fees and surprises: Airport transfers cost extra; parking is nearby, not on-site. The supplied website belongs to Four Hills, not Eva.
