Convenient for East Legon business, but room upkeep makes it a cautious choice. an independent 3-star business hotel in East Legon, scored for what it is.

Tomreik is an independent 3-star business hotel in East Legon, better suited to a practical work trip than a special-occasion stay. Its location near Accra Mall and the airport is useful, and the pool, restaurant and meeting facilities give it more scope than a basic overnight stop. Google feedback is broadly positive, with praise for food and friendly staff; a November 2025 Expedia guest also praised the service.

The hesitation is room consistency. Tripadvisor’s November 2024 reviewer described tired bathrooms, dim lighting and weak air-conditioning that went unattended. One March 2025 Expedia guest reported rainwater entering a room, followed by hot-water and odor problems after moving. These are individual accounts, not proof of universal problems, but they temper the positives. Recent detailed stay reviews are limited and ratings differ sharply across sites. We'd consider it for East Legon appointments, but skip it if dependable room condition is your priority.

• Best for: business travelers with East Legon appointments; short stays near Accra Mall

• Watch out for: uneven room condition and maintenance; sharply mixed overnight guest feedback; advance arrangements for late arrival and airport pickup

• Location: East Legon base near Accra Mall and the airport; allow for traffic rather than relying on advertised transfer times.

• Rooms: Spacious rooms earn praise, but some guests report dim lighting, aging bathrooms and ineffective air-conditioning.

• Cleanliness: Mixed evidence: positive accounts coexist with low Expedia cleanliness marks and one 2025 report of odor after a room move.

• Service: Friendly staff receive praise, though maintenance follow-through and complaint handling have disappointed some guests.

• Amenities: Outdoor pool, restaurant, gym and meeting facilities; Expedia lists breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking as included.

• Fees and surprises: Expedia lists a free airport shuttle requiring advance arrangement; contact the hotel before arrivals after 6 p.m.
