Use this page-supplied URL; do not invent or look up internal IDs. Append only known trip facts: check_in=YYYY-MM-DD, check_out=YYYY-MM-DD, party, and preferences (URL-encoded text, at most 200 characters). Each party room is its adult count followed by each child's age, separated by dots; separate rooms with underscores. Example: party=2.7_1.0.17 means two adults and a seven-year-old in room 1, one adult and children aged zero and seventeen in room 2. Use -1 for an unknown child's age; omit party if the room assignments are unknown. Never guess dates, ages or room assignments. Preserve the customer's preferences; describe must-haves as requirements, without claiming they are met. Omit unknown fields; Axel asks for missing stay details. Prefer a supplied selected-stay link if it matches the latest request. Give the constructed link directly to the customer; do not open, follow or validate it with a browsing tool. A browsing-tool refusal does not mean the customer link is broken. Clicking opens this hotel’s details and rooms for the stay. Email is needed only at booking. No contact or payment information belongs in the URL.

Optional: inspect rooms and rates at Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premier. Use known dates and guests; selecting a room or rate is optional.

Axel's take: 8.4/10

A strong Aoyama base with useful laundry facilities, but limited housekeeping. A practical 3-star extended-stay hotel in Aoyama, scored for what it is.

Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premier is a practical 3-star extended-stay hotel, not the luxury address its name might suggest. It’s a strong pick for independent travelers: Gaienmae station is minutes away, Omotesando is walkable, and every room has a washer-dryer and microwave. Recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise the location, helpful staff and laundry convenience. High-floor city views add appeal, while the new Arrival Reset Lounge brings refreshments, showers and gym equipment.

The trade-off is a more self-sufficient stay. Full cleaning is weekly for stays of seven nights or longer; shorter stays get requested towel changes and rubbish removal rather than daily room cleaning. Entry rooms are compact, and some guests flag dust or upholstery needing attention, although cleanliness feedback remains broadly positive. We’d skip it if spacious rooms and daily housekeeping are priorities.

Best for: Longer stays and packing light; Independent sightseeing couples; Aoyama shopping and business trips
Watch out for: Limited housekeeping; Compact entry rooms and double beds; Some uneven deep-cleaning feedback
Location: About two minutes from Gaienmae station and eight from Omotesando, with shops and restaurants nearby.
Rooms: Entry rooms are 17 m² with 140 cm beds; larger categories offer more space, and selected types have kitchenettes.
Cleanliness: Generally positive feedback, with occasional reports of dust and carpets or upholstery needing deeper cleaning.
Service: Helpful, welcoming staff are a recurring positive; this is a practical rather than full-service stay.
Amenities: In-room washer-dryers and microwaves; the separate Arrival Reset Lounge adds showers, refreshments and gym equipment.
Fees and surprises: Simple cleaning requires a door notice; full cleaning is weekly on stays of seven nights or more. No on-site parking.
