#3 of 8 hotels in Rothschild Boulevard by Axel's take. Rothschild Boulevard is #1 of 8 places to stay in Tel Aviv. The best hotels in Rothschild Boulevard, ranked · Where to stay in Tel Aviv

Axel's take: 8.7/10

A strong central base with welcoming staff, but Allenby construction is the catch. a simple 3-star urban hotel near Carmel Market, scored for what it is.

Hotel 75 is a simple 3-star urban hotel that makes a strong case for exploring Tel Aviv on foot. Carmel Market and Nachalat Binyamin are close by, with the beach roughly 12 minutes away. Booking.com, Tripadvisor and Expedia guests consistently praise the helpful staff and generally clean, comfortable rooms. The entrance-level coffee shop adds character, and its café-style breakfast gets frequent compliments. We'd pick it for a short city break rather than a facilities-heavy holiday.

The main catch is Allenby Street's light-rail construction, still mentioned in September 2026 reviews. Guests report early work noise and awkward vehicle access; street-facing rooms also attract soundproofing complaints. Ask for a room away from Allenby and confirm arrival instructions. Rooms can be compact, and there's no hotel parking. We'd skip it if quiet sleep or easy car access is essential.

  • Best for: couples on a city break; solo travelers exploring on foot; market and café lovers

  • Watch out for: Allenby light-rail construction and access disruption; noise in street-facing rooms; no hotel parking

  • Location: Central for Carmel Market and Nachalat Binyamin; walkable to the beach, not beachfront.

  • Rooms: Comfortable, characterful rooms; some are compact, and street-facing soundproofing draws complaints.

  • Cleanliness: Strong overall praise across sites; an isolated recent pest report received a management response confirming treatment.

  • Service: Helpful, welcoming reception staff are a consistent strength; the hotel advertises 24-hour reception.

  • Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, lobby lounge and entrance-level café; breakfast is café-style rather than a large buffet.

  • Fees and surprises: No hotel parking; café breakfast additions cost extra, and construction complicates vehicle access.
