A strong self-catering Bondi base, but check the pool’s reopening before booking. An upscale apartment hotel a short walk from Bondi Beach, scored for what it is.

Adina is an upscale apartment hotel that makes Bondi easy: the beach is about five minutes away, with groceries, cafés and restaurants close at hand. We'd pick it for a longer beach stay rather than resort-style luxury. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the helpful staff, cleanliness and convenient location. Balconies come with both studios and apartments; book an apartment for a full kitchen and in-room laundry.

The important current catch is maintenance: as of October 20, 2026, the hotel lists its pool and spa as closed from October 12 for approximately two weeks. Confirm reopening if swimming matters. Studios have only kitchenettes, parking costs extra, and this is a neighborhood base rather than beachfront accommodation. We'd skip it if direct beach access or a guaranteed pool is essential.

• Best for: Families wanting self-catering facilities; Longer Bondi beach stays; Couples who prioritize cafés and walkability

• Watch out for: Pool and spa maintenance closure; confirm reopening; Studios lack full kitchens and in-room laundry; Paid parking; not directly beachfront

• Location: Around 400 metres from the beach, with Hall Street dining and groceries nearby.

• Rooms: All have balconies; studios have kitchenettes, while apartments add full kitchens and laundry.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength across guest ratings and recent Expedia feedback.

• Service: Recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests regularly praise friendly, helpful staff.

• Amenities: Gym and free Wi-Fi; the semi-outdoor pool and spa currently have a maintenance notice.

• Fees and surprises: Parking and extra bedding cost extra; Expedia also lists a security deposit.
