The Centennial is a large mid-range hotel in the Davenport collection, not a luxury Davenport experience. We'd pick it for easy access to Riverfront Park, the Centennial Trail and Spokane's event venues. Recent Expedia guests repeatedly praise clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff; Tripadvisor also has strong service praise. River-view balcony rooms are worth considering if the setting is your main reason to book.
The trade-off is consistency: several 2026 Tripadvisor guests describe missed housekeeping, slow check-in during group arrivals and unresolved billing questions. Recent Expedia guests also flag small bathrooms. There's a mandatory daily amenity fee, and parking and breakfast cost extra.
