Grand Hyatt Singapore is a large, renovated 5-star city hotel that makes a strong base for shopping, business trips and downtime between outings. Hyatt announced the completed transformation in August 2025, and recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests largely praise the comfortable rooms, cleanliness and convenient location. The landscaped pools, substantial gym and Damai spa give it more leisure appeal than a straightforward business hotel.
The trade-offs are scale and room choice. Some recent guests describe a busy, corporate atmosphere and uneven front-desk attention, although service feedback remains positive overall.
