Axel's take: 7.5/10

A practical airport stop with good basics, but check the facilities before booking. a simple 3-star airport hotel near I-95, scored for what it is.

This simple 3-star airport hotel is a good pick for an overnight stop rather than a Savannah sightseeing stay. Recent Expedia and Hotels.com guests repeatedly praise clean rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff, while included breakfast and parking make it good value for a short visit. The airport, I-95 and Pooler shopping are the main draws; this isn't a walk-out-the-door historic-district base.

The important caveat is maintenance. Booking listings report the swimming pool closed through December 31, 2026, and guests on both Tripadvisor and Expedia repeatedly reported broken elevators during 2026. Confirm elevator operation if stairs would be difficult. Thin-wall complaints also recur, so light sleepers should request a room away from elevators. The free airport shuttle has limited hours: confirm your departure time rather than assuming it covers an early flight.

• Best for: airport overnight stays; I-95 road-trippers; travelers visiting Pooler shops

• Watch out for: pool listed closed through December 31, 2026; repeated 2026 elevator outages; limited shuttle hours and hallway noise

• Location: Convenient for the airport, I-95 and Pooler shopping; not a walkable downtown base.

• Rooms: Comfortable beds earn praise, but sound insulation draws recurring complaints.

• Cleanliness: Recent feedback is predominantly positive, with occasional bathroom-cleaning lapses.

• Service: Helpful staff are a common strength, though problem handling receives mixed feedback.

• Amenities: Breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking and a gym; pool closure is listed through year-end 2026.

• Fees and surprises: Hotels.com lists the free on-request shuttle from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.; confirm elevator availability.
