Axel's take: 8.2/10

A strong event base with spacious rooms, but don't count on a pool. a practical 4-star business hotel near Expo Center Norte, scored for what it is.

This practical 4-star business hotel is a strong pick for Expo Center Norte trips, with nearby shopping and generously sized rooms. Expedia and Booking.com guests broadly praise cleanliness, helpful staff and breakfast, while recent Tripadvisor reviews also find the accommodation comfortable, if older. We'd choose it for an exhibition or a family stopover rather than a sightseeing-first São Paulo stay.

The main compromise is dated room furnishings, mentioned on both Tripadvisor and Accor's guest-review feed; reception service also gets mixed reports despite generally positive staff ratings. Crucially, Accor says the hotel no longer has a swimming pool as of August 1, 2026, despite lingering pool descriptions elsewhere. Parking costs extra, and breakfast isn't included in every booking. Skip it if swimming, fresh interiors or a lively neighborhood outside the malls are priorities.

• Best for: Expo Center Norte visitors; business travelers; families needing spacious rooms

• Watch out for: No swimming pool since August 1, 2026; Dated furnishings in some rooms; Parking and some breakfast bookings cost extra

• Location: Convenient for Expo Center Norte and nearby malls; less compelling for sightseeing-first stays.

• Rooms: Spacious and generally comfortable, but recent guests still describe older furnishings.

• Cleanliness: Strong overall ratings across Expedia and Booking.com outweigh isolated housekeeping complaints.

• Service: Usually friendly and helpful, with some recurring criticism of reception efficiency.

• Amenities: Two restaurants, gym, sauna and free Wi-Fi; Accor explicitly confirms there is no longer a pool.

• Fees and surprises: Parking is charged separately; check breakfast inclusion and disregard outdated pool listings.
