Axel's take: 8.3/10

A strong Moema base for space and service, with uneven room upkeep. a practical 4-star with apartment-style rooms in Moema, scored for what it is.

This practical 4-star in Moema is a strong pick for travelers who want space and convenience rather than luxury. Apartment-style layouts, nearby restaurants and the short walk to Moema metro make it useful for business trips and family stays. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the helpful staff, roomy accommodation and breakfast; Booking.com’s strong cleanliness and location ratings reinforce that positive picture.

The main catch is consistency between rooms. Recent Accor guests describe older accommodation needing maintenance, while Expedia and Accor reviews flag noise through walls and from the street. Bathrooms can feel dated even when the bedroom is comfortable. We'd request a newer, quieter room and check whether breakfast is included; parking costs extra. Skip it if reliable soundproofing and uniformly fresh interiors matter more than space and location.

• Best for: business travelers using Moema as a base; families wanting apartment-style space; travelers who value nearby dining and metro access

• Watch out for: street and neighboring-room noise; uneven room and bathroom upkeep; paid parking; breakfast inclusion varies

• Location: A short walk from Moema metro, with restaurants and shops nearby.

• Rooms: Spacious, often apartment-style; older rooms and bathrooms draw maintenance complaints.

• Cleanliness: Strong overall ratings, though individual housekeeping lapses appear in recent reviews.

• Service: Helpful, welcoming staff are a recurring strength across review sites.

• Amenities: Outdoor pool, gym, sauna and restaurant; guests often praise breakfast.

• Fees and surprises: Valet parking costs extra; confirm breakfast inclusion and the room category before booking.
