Axel's take: 8.6/10

A strong business base with standout staff, but check renovation disruption before booking. a five-star business high-rise in São Paulo’s Berrini district, scored for what it is.

Hilton São Paulo Morumbi is a five-star business high-rise that makes particular sense for meetings around Berrini and the World Trade Center, connected by an underground walkway. We'd pick it for comfortable, spacious rooms, skyline views and consistently praised staff rather than boutique character. Tripadvisor and Booking.com guests highlight helpful service, breakfast and the well-equipped gym; cleanliness also scores strongly. The indoor pool and spa round out a convincing full-service package.

The main trade-off is location: this is a business-district base, not our first choice for a sightseeing-led stay. Hilton says its new Ritus restaurant and bar opened following renovations completed in August 2026, but an Expedia guest reported nearby drilling in September. Confirm remaining works before booking, especially if daytime quiet matters. Breakfast inclusion depends on your booking, and valet parking costs extra.

• Best for: Berrini and WTC business travelers; Travelers who prioritize a good gym; Guests seeking full-service comfort

• Watch out for: September 2026 report of renovation drilling; Business-district rather than sightseeing location; Breakfast and parking can cost extra

• Location: Convenient for Berrini offices and WTC events, with an underground WTC connection.

• Rooms: Spacious, comfortable rooms with work desks; bridge-view categories offer a clearer view of the landmark.

• Cleanliness: Strong overall feedback, including a 9.1 cleanliness score on Booking.com.

• Service: Helpful, attentive staff are a consistent strength across Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Expedia.

• Amenities: Indoor skyline-view pool, well-equipped gym, spa and newly introduced Ritus restaurant and bar.

• Fees and surprises: Valet parking is charged; check breakfast inclusion and ask about remaining renovation work.
