Axel's take: 8.0/10

A practical Berrini base with generous rooms, but noise and renovations need checking. a mid-range business hotel in São Paulo’s Berrini district, scored for what it is.

Estanplaza Berrini is a mid-range business hotel whose strongest selling points are space, service and convenience for the Berrini office district. Booking.com and Expedia guests generally praise the roomy accommodation, helpful staff and breakfast; overall cleanliness ratings are reassuring too. It’s a strong pick for a work trip, particularly if you secure one of the refurbished rooms, rather than expect a uniformly modern hotel.

The main compromises are uneven room condition and soundproofing: recent Expedia and Trip.com guests mention aging interiors and intrusive street noise. More immediately, Expedia lists bar/lounge and dining-area renovations through October 31, 2026, with completion subject to change. Confirm disruption and request a refurbished room away from the avenue. We’d skip it for a quiet retreat or a stay where uninterrupted restaurant facilities matter.

• Best for: business travelers visiting Berrini; travelers who prioritize room space; guests who value breakfast and helpful staff

• Watch out for: bar and dining-area renovations listed through October 31, 2026; street noise and limited soundproofing; older and refurbished rooms differ

• Location: Convenient for Berrini offices and WTC São Paulo, with Berrini rail station nearby.

• Rooms: Spacious layouts with sitting areas; request a refurbished room away from avenue noise.

• Cleanliness: Strong overall guest ratings, although individual complaints show some inconsistency in older rooms.

• Service: Helpful, welcoming staff are a consistent strength across booking sites.

• Amenities: Breakfast, indoor pool, gym and sauna are listed; bar and dining areas are affected by renovation notices.

• Fees and surprises: Valet parking and pets cost extra; Expedia also lists a service fee. Confirm renovation status before arrival.
