Axel's take: 8.5/10

A strong business base with standout staff, though some rooms still feel dated. A 4-star business high-rise in São Paulo’s Faria Lima district, scored for what it is.

Blue Tree Premium Faria Lima is a 4-star business high-rise that makes most sense when work or dinner plans put you around Itaim Bibi. It’s a strong pick for helpful service, comfortable beds and a well-liked breakfast: recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the staff, while cleanliness scores remain solid across sites. The rooftop pool adds appeal beyond the practical business-hotel basics.

The main reservation is consistency of room condition. A contractor documents room renovations in 2025, yet Expedia guests in 2026 still describe tired bathrooms and fittings; don’t assume every category feels freshly updated. The gym is small, and valet parking costs extra. We’d choose it for a comfortable, well-located work trip, but skip it if uniformly modern interiors or extensive fitness facilities are priorities.

• Best for: Business travelers around Faria Lima; Couples exploring Itaim Bibi’s restaurants; Travelers who prioritize helpful staff

• Watch out for: Some dated bathrooms and fittings; Small gym; Paid valet parking

• Location: Convenient for Faria Lima offices and Itaim Bibi dining; less suited to a metro-first stay.

• Rooms: Comfortable beds draw praise, but recent reviews show uneven bathroom and furnishing condition.

• Cleanliness: Generally well rated across Booking.com, Expedia and Tripadvisor.

• Service: The clearest strength: recent guests repeatedly single out helpful reception and restaurant staff.

• Amenities: Rooftop pool, indoor and outdoor swimming, restaurant, spa and a compact gym.

• Fees and surprises: Valet parking is extra; confirm your room category’s renovation status before booking.
