Hotels in Santa Fe, New MexicoA no-frills, motel-style budget hotel on Santa Fe’s south side
6.9/10
A practical budget stop, but uneven upkeep keeps it from being a dependable favorite.
This is a no-frills, motel-style hotel on Cerrillos Road, better suited to a driving trip than a walkable downtown getaway. We’d consider it for a short budget stay: free parking, included breakfast and pet-friendly rooms cover the essentials, and Wyndham advertises a seasonal outdoor pool. Booking.com and Expedia guests regularly praise helpful staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms, though the overall feedback is mixed rather than consistently strong.
The main compromise is uneven upkeep. Recent reviews across both sites mention aging bathrooms, plumbing troubles and rooms that need attention; cleanliness earns plenty of praise but is not universal. Exterior room entrances are worth knowing about, and Booking.com guests report breakfast crowding and depleted items. We’d skip it if you want polished surroundings, reliably fresh bathrooms or sightseeing on foot around the Plaza.
