Axel's take: 8.1/10

A friendly, good-value base, but don't book it for the facilities. a small, guesthouse-style 3-star in Lomas de San Francisco, scored for what it is.

All Days Inn and Out is a small, guesthouse-style 3-star whose strongest assets are its staff and comfortable basics. We'd pick it for a simple stay near UCA rather than a full-service hotel experience. Recent Expedia guests repeatedly praise helpful employees, clean rooms, comfortable beds and cooked breakfast. The residential setting also earns frequent compliments for being quiet.

The trade-off is uneven upkeep: several 2026 reviews mention unreliable televisions or internet, and some describe tired rooms. The pool is small, and an August 2026 guest reported gym construction; confirm availability before relying on it. Breakfast is appreciated more for taste than variety, and upper floors require stairs. It's good value for travelers prioritizing personal service, but we'd skip it for polished rooms, dependable work connectivity or substantial leisure facilities.

• Best for: value-minded couples; visitors to UCA; travelers who prefer small, personal hotels

• Watch out for: gym construction reported in August 2026; recurring TV and internet problems; no elevator

• Location: Quiet residential setting near UCA, with some restaurants and shops within walking distance.

• Rooms: Comfortable beds and air-conditioning; some recent guests describe dated rooms and malfunctioning TVs.

• Cleanliness: Recent feedback is predominantly positive, though occasional housekeeping lapses appear.

• Service: Friendly, accommodating staff are the most consistent strength across sources.

• Amenities: Included cooked breakfast, small outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi; gym availability needs confirmation.

• Fees and surprises: Free parking is listed; late checkout costs extra. Official website could not be accessed to verify policies.
