Axel's take: 7.9/10
A solid airport-area stay with friendly staff, but breakfast and parking cost extra. A full-service 3-star airport-area conference hotel, scored for what it is.
This full-service 3-star conference hotel is a good pick for a Roanoke stopover or an on-site event. Recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise clean rooms, comfortable beds and welcoming staff; several Tripadvisor reviewers also describe refreshed interiors. The indoor heated pool, gym and restaurant make it more useful than a basic overnight hotel. We'd choose it for practical comfort rather than a distinctive setting.
The main catches are logistical: IHG currently lists no airport shuttle, parking carries a daily charge, and breakfast is generally extra unless included in your booking. Breakfast feedback is mixed, and some recent guests still find parts of the property dated. Housekeeping is limited, too. We'd skip it if you want downtown restaurants within an easy walk or an airport stay with transportation included.
