Sanctuary is a luxury mountainside resort in Paradise Valley, strongest for couples who want spa time, desert views and good dining without a sprawling mega-resort atmosphere. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the welcoming staff, spacious accommodations, comfortable beds and Elements restaurant. Its excellent overall guest ratings are deserved: the setting, infinity pool and well-regarded spa make a persuasive package.
The reservation is consistency at luxury expectations. Recent Tripadvisor reviews include worn interiors and service delays, particularly around the pool, alongside enthusiastic reports of spotless rooms and attentive care. Weddings and corporate groups can also interrupt the retreat feeling. The main pool is normally restricted to ages 16 and over Friday–Sunday. We'd skip it for guaranteed seclusion or uniformly fresh interiors; the resort says room renovations begin in summer 2027, with spa and dining enhancements following in 2028.
