This is a functional 4-star business hotel whose strongest selling point is Gare Montparnasse: Accor puts the main TGV hall five minutes away on foot. We'd consider it for a short stop before an early train, rather than a special Paris break. Guests praise comfortable beds and helpful staff, and the courtyard, bar and restaurant add convenience.
The trade-off is inconsistent upkeep. Recent Expedia, Tripadvisor and Accor guests repeatedly describe aging rooms, unreliable cooling and bathrooms needing attention; cleanliness feedback ranges from very clean to stained surfaces and mold. These aren't universal experiences, but they weaken the four-star proposition. We'd skip it for a longer comfort-focused stay, especially in warm weather unless the hotel confirms working air conditioning.
