Hotels in Parisa practical 4-star apartment hotel near the Seine and Eiffel Tower
7.2/10
Useful family space and kitchens, but maintenance keeps it from being a dependable four-star.
Adagio Paris Centre Tour Eiffel is a practical 4-star apartment hotel, not a full-service luxury stay. Its strongest selling points are proper kitchens, family-sized apartments and a location near the Seine, supermarkets and metro stations. Booking.com and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the space and views; book an explicitly Eiffel Tower-view category if that matters. We'd consider it for families who will actually use the kitchen.
The trade-off is inconsistent upkeep. Recent guests across Expedia, Tripadvisor and Accor report weak cooling, tired fittings and lift breakdowns or long waits. Plenty describe clean apartments and helpful staff, but cleanliness and problem-solving are not uniformly dependable. Housekeeping is on request rather than a standard daily hotel service. We'd skip it for polished four-star comfort or reliable summer cooling.

Best for: families needing apartment space; travelers who cook some meals; longer sightseeing stays
Watch out for: recurring cooling complaints; lift delays and breakdowns; uneven maintenance and housekeeping
Location: Near the Seine and Beaugrenelle shops; Charles Michels and Dupleix metro stations are within walking distance.
Rooms: Equipped kitchens and roomy family apartments; sofa-bed comfort divides guests, and tower views require the right category.
Cleanliness: Many recent guests praise cleanliness, but repeated lapses mean standards are not fully consistent.
Service: Helpful staff receive praise, though busy reception and slow problem resolution recur in reviews.
Amenities: Indoor pool, fitness room, breakfast and laundry; Accor confirms there is no on-site restaurant.
Fees and surprises: Parking and pets cost extra; housekeeping is on request, and Expedia lists an annual January 13–February 3 pool closure.
