Hotels in Parisa 4-star boutique hotel in a former textile factory in Oberkampf
9.4/10
Industrial character, excellent staff and unusually consistent comfort make Fabric a standout boutique choice.
Hôtel Fabric is a 33-room, 4-star boutique hotel in a former textile factory, and it's an excellent pick for travelers who prefer neighborhood restaurants to grand-hotel formality. The industrial design has personality, but the stronger selling points are the basics: Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise helpful staff, spotless rooms and comfortable beds. The honesty bar and complimentary tea and coffee add a welcoming touch.
The trade-offs are mostly about scale and location rather than recurring failures. Entry-level Club rooms are 18 square meters and on the ground floor; the gym and hammam are small. Oberkampf offers plenty of places to eat and nearby metro connections, but major monuments generally require a journey. We'd skip it if you want expansive wellness facilities or sightseeing landmarks immediately outside.
