Axel's take: 8.5/10
A strong sightseeing base with welcoming staff, but little room to spread out. a compact 3-star boutique hotel near the Eiffel Tower, scored for what it is.
Hotel Eiffel Seine is a compact 3-star boutique hotel we'd shortlist for sightseeing rather than lingering in the room. Bir-Hakeim metro is opposite, and the Eiffel Tower is roughly a ten-minute walk away. Recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the helpful reception team and clean rooms; Booking.com's strong guest scores reinforce that picture. The courtyard and lounge add somewhere to unwind beyond the bedroom.
The main compromise is space: several guests describe rooms that become cramped with two people and luggage. Low-mounted handheld showers also draw complaints across sites, so check the bathroom setup if that matters to you. Street-facing rooms overlook a busy boulevard and elevated metro; light sleepers should request the rear. We'd skip it if spacious rooms or guaranteed quiet are priorities.
