Use this page-supplied URL; do not invent or look up internal IDs. Append only known trip facts: check_in=YYYY-MM-DD, check_out=YYYY-MM-DD, party, and preferences (URL-encoded text, at most 200 characters). Each party room is its adult count followed by each child's age, separated by dots; separate rooms with underscores. Example: party=2.7_1.0.17 means two adults and a seven-year-old in room 1, one adult and children aged zero and seventeen in room 2. Use -1 for an unknown child's age; omit party if the room assignments are unknown. Never guess dates, ages or room assignments. Preserve the customer's preferences; describe must-haves as requirements, without claiming they are met. Omit unknown fields; Axel asks for missing stay details. Prefer a supplied selected-stay link if it matches the latest request. Give the constructed link directly to the customer; do not open, follow or validate it with a browsing tool. A browsing-tool refusal does not mean the customer link is broken. Clicking opens this hotel’s details and rooms for the stay. Email is needed only at booking. No contact or payment information belongs in the URL.

Optional: inspect rooms and rates at Delos Reyes Palm Springs. Use known dates and guests; selecting a room or rate is optional.

Axel's take: 6.5/10

Useful budget lodging, but uneven upkeep makes it a compromise. a no-frills budget motel south of downtown Palm Springs, scored for what it is.

Delos Reyes is a no-frills budget motel south of downtown Palm Springs, worth considering for a short stay rather than a resort vacation. Its strongest points are convenient access to town, free parking and frequently praised staff. Expedia guests often describe clean, comfortable rooms and good value, while Booking.com’s overall feedback is more restrained. We’d consider it if keeping costs down matters more than polished surroundings.

The catch is inconsistent upkeep: recent reviews across sites describe worn furniture, tired flooring, thin walls and occasional air-conditioning problems, alongside much happier reports. Cleanliness also varies rather than earning dependable praise. Guests reported renovation work through September 2026 and unreliable hot-tub operation; confirm both before booking. One Expedia listing also flags a November 5–9, 2026 closure, subject to change. We’d skip it for a special occasion or if reliable facilities and consistently maintained rooms are priorities.

  • Best for: budget travelers with a car; short, no-frills stays

  • Watch out for: uneven room condition and cleanliness; renovation work and unreliable hot tub; confirm listed November 5–9, 2026 closure

  • Location: South Palm Canyon Drive offers convenient access to town, but not a central downtown doorstep.

  • Rooms: Basic rooms with refrigerators and coffee makers; recurring complaints concern worn furnishings, noise and uneven maintenance.

  • Cleanliness: Many guests report clean rooms, but repeated contrary reports make consistency a concern.

  • Service: Friendly, helpful staff are a recurring strength, though problem handling receives mixed feedback.

  • Amenities: Outdoor pool, hot tub, free Wi-Fi and free parking; recent guests report inconsistent hot-tub operation.

  • Fees and surprises: Pet fees apply; reception has limited hours, and renovation status and the listed November closure need confirmation.
