easyHotel Nice Old Town is a no-frills 2-star in Riquier, not an Ibis or a hotel inside the old town. We'd pick it for a straightforward city break: Expedia and Booking.com guests repeatedly praise clean, comfortable rooms and helpful reception staff. A refurbishment completed in early 2025 freshened the property, and family bunk-bed rooms make it useful for budget-conscious groups. Nearby trams and Nice Riquier station are handy for exploring beyond the center.

The catch is the stripped-back service. Daily housekeeping isn't included, luggage storage costs extra, and hairdryers come from reception. Despite the name, allow roughly 15–25 minutes to walk into the old town or to the seafront. Several guests also flag awkward garage access.
