A useful self-catering base, held back by tired interiors and limited housekeeping. a practical 3-star aparthotel in Nice’s Riquier neighborhood, scored for what it is.

This 3-star aparthotel is a sensible pick for travelers who want a kitchen and transport links rather than a seafront address. The supermarket opposite makes self-catering easy, and recent Expedia and Accor guests repeatedly praise helpful reception staff and comfortable apartments. We’d consider it for a family city break or a longer stay, especially if cooking some meals matters more than polished surroundings.

The compromise is upkeep: worn corridors, dated furnishings and maintenance niggles recur across sites, while cleanliness earns plenty of praise but is not consistent. Housekeeping and fresh towels do not work like a conventional hotel’s daily service, so check what your stay includes.
