Axel's take: 6.9/10

Friendly staff and breakfast help, but renovations make this a conditional pick. a no-frills airport-area hotel outside downtown Niagara Falls, scored for what it is.

This no-frills airport-area hotel is a workable base for drivers, not a walk-to-the-falls stay. We'd consider it for a short stop rather than a sightseeing getaway. Expedia and Tripadvisor guests praise the friendly staff and included breakfast, while several summer 2026 guests describe clean, comfortable rooms. Others report worn finishes and housekeeping misses, so consistency remains the weakness.

The immediate catch is construction: Expedia lists lobby, front-desk, hallway and selected-room renovations through October 31, 2026, with the gym, business center and meeting facilities unavailable until then. Some guests found the disruption manageable; others did not. Parking costs extra despite the suburban location, and pets incur a nightly charge. We'd skip it if you want dependable facilities, polished surroundings or sightseeing without a car.

• Best for: short stays with a car; Niagara Falls airport travelers

• Watch out for: renovations and facility closures through October 31, 2026; uneven room condition and housekeeping; paid parking and nightly pet fees

• Location: Across from Niagara Falls International Airport; a driving base rather than a walkable sightseeing location.

• Rooms: Some renovated rooms earn praise, but older-room wear and maintenance complaints remain.

• Cleanliness: Recent Expedia guests often praise clean rooms; Tripadvisor reports show housekeeping is not consistently reliable.

• Service: Friendly front-desk and breakfast staff are recurring strengths across guest reviews.

• Amenities: Free breakfast, Wi-Fi and indoor pool; Expedia lists gym, business center and meeting facilities closed through October 31, 2026.

• Fees and surprises: Parking and pets cost extra; booking sites also list a tourism charge and refundable damage deposit.
