#4 of 7 hotels in Lundy's Lane (Canadian Side) by Axel's take. Lundy's Lane (Canadian Side) is #4 of 5 places to stay in Niagara Falls. The best hotels in Lundy's Lane (Canadian Side), ranked · Where to stay in Niagara Falls

Axel's take: 7.1/10

A practical budget base with friendly staff, but tired rooms and an unreliable pool experience. a simple budget inn on Lundy’s Lane in Niagara Falls, Canada, scored for what it is.

Fullerton Manor Inn is a simple budget inn in Niagara Falls, Ontario—not the United States. We’d consider it for a short sightseeing stay, especially with a car: free parking, included breakfast and family rooms make it practical. Recent Expedia guests repeatedly praise welcoming staff, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The nearby WEGO bus is useful for reaching the attractions without driving.

The trade-off is uneven upkeep rather than a lack of space. Reviews across sites describe dated furnishings, occasional musty smells and inconsistent cleaning, although many guests report clean rooms. The indoor pool repeatedly draws complaints about cold water, so don’t book primarily for swimming. Booking.com currently lists the restaurant as closed for renovation. Breakfast gets mixed reactions, and there’s no elevator. We’d skip it if polished interiors, dependable pool time or step-free access matter most.

  • Best for: budget-conscious sightseeing trips; families needing larger rooms; travelers arriving by car

  • Watch out for: cold pool water and uneven maintenance; no elevator; restaurant listed closed for renovation

  • Location: On the Canadian side, away from the falls themselves; nearby restaurants and WEGO service help.

  • Rooms: Spacious layouts and comfortable beds earn praise, but furnishings and maintenance show their age.

  • Cleanliness: Many positive reports, with recurring exceptions involving dust, mustiness and missed cleaning.

  • Service: Friendly, helpful staff are one of the most consistent positives in recent reviews.

  • Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, parking and breakfast; indoor pool receives repeated cold-water complaints.

  • Fees and surprises: Booking.com lists a refundable damage deposit, an after-midnight check-in fee and restricted pool hours.
