#7 of 7 hotels in Lundy's Lane (Canadian Side) by Axel's take. Lundy's Lane (Canadian Side) is #4 of 5 places to stay in Niagara Falls. The best hotels in Lundy's Lane (Canadian Side), ranked · Where to stay in Niagara Falls

Axel's take: 6.5/10

A workable budget stop for drivers, but room quality remains uneven. a basic budget motel on Lundy's Lane in Niagara Falls, Canada, scored for what it is.

Falcon Inn is a basic budget motel in Niagara Falls, Ontario—not the United States. We'd consider it for a short, inexpensive stay with a car, rather than a Niagara getaway built around the hotel. Recent Booking.com and Expedia guests repeatedly praise helpful staff, clean rooms and easy parking. Family suites with kitchens add practical appeal, and the outdoor pool earns positive mentions in summer.

The catch is inconsistent upkeep: bathroom condition, limited working TV channels and unreliable spa-bath features recur in guest feedback. Recent reviews are more encouraging than its poor Google and Tripadvisor reputation, but we'd still keep expectations modest. Expedia lists the swimming pool as closed October 1–May 31. Skip it if you want polished rooms, dependable in-room extras or a location within an easy walk of the Falls.

  • Best for: budget travelers with a car; short sightseeing stays; families wanting kitchen-equipped rooms

  • Watch out for: uneven bathroom and equipment upkeep; driving distance from the Falls; outdoor pool closed October–May

  • Location: On Lundy's Lane in Ontario, Canada; guests describe roughly a 10-minute drive to the Falls.

  • Rooms: Simple rooms with fridges and microwaves; kitchen suites available, but bathrooms and equipment draw recurring complaints.

  • Cleanliness: Recent verified reviews often praise cleaning, though the broader reputation remains mixed.

  • Service: Helpful, friendly staff are a recurring strength in recent Booking.com and Expedia reviews.

  • Amenities: Free Wi-Fi and parking, seasonal outdoor pool, playground and barbecue area; no elevator.

  • Fees and surprises: Early check-in, late checkout, cribs and extra beds cost extra; Expedia lists no after-hours check-in.
