Beach Colony is a mid-range 3-star oceanfront condo resort whose strongest selling point is the beach, not polished rooms. We'd consider it for a family trip if you can verify the exact unit before booking. Recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests praise ocean views, outdoor pools and friendly staff, but separately owned and managed condos mean furnishings, upkeep and service can differ substantially.

The recurring drawbacks go beyond dated decor: recent reviews describe inconsistent cleaning, musty smells, maintenance problems and a particularly tight parking garage. Plenty of guests still report clean, comfortable stays, so this isn't uniformly poor accommodation.
