Axel's take: 7.5/10

A practical Juhu base with helpful staff, but uneven rooms and breakfast. a simple, limited-service Bloom-brand hotel near Juhu Beach, scored for what it is.

Bloom Hotel Juhu is a simple, limited-service hotel whose strongest selling point is its short walk to Juhu Beach. We'd consider it for a brief stay when location matters more than facilities. Tripadvisor guests are enthusiastic about the staff and comfortable beds; Booking.com's much lower overall rating suggests a less consistent experience than that praise alone implies. It's a practical base, not a beach resort.

The main compromises are room condition and breakfast. Reviews range from clean and comfortable to tired interiors, maintenance niggles and uneven housekeeping; breakfast gets similarly mixed reactions. A June 2026 guest reported restaurant renovation and drilling, but we couldn't confirm whether work has finished. Ask before booking, and confirm parking rather than trusting listings. We'd skip it for a polished, reliably quiet stay.

• Best for: short stays near Juhu Beach; travelers prioritizing location; business travelers needing the basics

• Watch out for: uneven room upkeep and housekeeping; basic, inconsistently reviewed breakfast; restaurant renovation completion unconfirmed

• Location: A short walk to Juhu Beach, with restaurants and cafés nearby.

• Rooms: Comfortable beds earn praise, but condition and bathroom maintenance vary.

• Cleanliness: Many guests report clean rooms; housekeeping complaints prevent a stronger endorsement.

• Service: Friendly, helpful staff are a recurring strength across sites.

• Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a lift and breakfast; facilities are limited rather than resort-style.

• Fees and surprises: Breakfast may cost extra; parking listings conflict, and June 2026 restaurant works need checking.
