Axel's take: 6.4/10

Convenient for a budget stopover, but room upkeep is too inconsistent for an easy recommendation. a no-frills 2-star motel near Milwaukee’s airport, scored for what it is.

This is a no-frills 2-star airport-area motel, best treated as a practical overnight stop rather than a vacation base. Free parking, pet-friendly policies and nearby food options make the basics convenient. Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise helpful staff, and plenty report clean, comfortable rooms. We'd consider it for a short, budget-first stay, but it isn't a reliably good-value choice if dependable comfort matters most.

The catch is uneven housekeeping and maintenance. Recent reviews across Expedia, Tripadvisor and Trip.com describe uncomfortable beds, tired bathrooms and faulty fixtures or electronics, alongside much happier stays. Refrigerators and microwaves aren't standard across room types, and there's no elevator. Expedia also lists a check-in deposit. We'd skip it for a longer holiday or if you want consistent cleanliness and everything working without a trip back to reception.

• Best for: budget-first overnight stops; travelers with pets; drivers needing airport-area lodging

• Watch out for: inconsistent cleaning and maintenance; fridges and microwaves vary by room; no elevator; check-in deposit

• Location: Convenient for Milwaukee’s airport and nearby dining, rather than a downtown sightseeing base.

• Rooms: Basic accommodation; recurring complaints concern beds, plumbing and nonworking electronics.

• Cleanliness: Mixed: many clean-room reports, but recent housekeeping complaints recur across sites.

• Service: Helpful, welcoming front-desk staff are the most consistent positive in recent reviews.

• Amenities: Free Wi-Fi and parking, coin laundry and pet-friendly rooms; confirm in-room appliances.

• Fees and surprises: Expedia lists a check-in deposit and credit-card-only payment; confirm pet restrictions directly.
