#6 of 9 hotels in Città Studi & Loreto by Axel's take. Città Studi & Loreto is #11 of 11 places to stay in Milan. The best hotels in Città Studi & Loreto, ranked · Where to stay in Milan
Axel's take: 7.7/10
A practical Milan base with clean rooms, helpful staff and some awkward access. a simple 3-star in Milan’s university district, scored for what it is.
Oasi Village is a simple 3-star in Città Studi, best treated as a practical city base rather than a resort. Piola metro is a short walk away, making central Milan straightforward to reach. Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise cleanliness and helpful staff, while recent reviews describe comfortable, sometimes spacious rooms with fairly minimal furnishings. It’s a good pick for university visits or travelers happy to trade a central address for value.
The main catch is the layout: rooms occupy different sections of the building, and guests describe stairs and roundabout routes despite the elevator. Some also report corridor noise, so light sleepers should request a quieter room. Parking is limited and paid, and breakfast may cost extra. We’d skip it if step-free access is essential without first confirming the exact room route; don’t assume the advertised wellness facilities are included or available.
-
Best for: Politecnico and Città Studi visitors; value-minded city breaks; travelers comfortable using the metro
-
Watch out for: stairs and awkward routes to some rooms; noise carrying from corridors; limited paid parking
-
Location: Near Piola metro in Città Studi; convenient for the university, but outside the historic center.
-
Rooms: Minimal, generally comfortable rooms; size and ease of access vary, and soundproofing gets mixed feedback.
-

-
Service: Helpful, friendly staff receive frequent praise; the official site confirms 24-hour reception.
-
Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, bar and buffet breakfast; wellness facilities are separately managed, so confirm access directly.
-
Fees and surprises: Parking and transfers cost extra; check breakfast inclusion, city tax and parking availability before arrival.
