6.3/10
Handy for a short stopover, but room quality is too inconsistent for longer stays.
Turquoise Residence by UI is a basic 3-star guesthouse, not a Maldives resort. We'd consider it for a brief airport stopover: the beach, cafés and shops are close, and helpful staff are its most consistent strength. Recent Expedia guests include satisfied overnight visitors praising clean rooms, strong air-conditioning and airport transfers. Overall, though, this is a mixed budget option rather than a dependable bargain.
Small rooms, limited breakfast choices and uneven upkeep recur across Expedia, Tripadvisor and MakeMyTrip. Several guests report unreliable hot water or air-conditioning; cleanliness feedback ranges from spotless to concerning, including a recent cockroach report. There is no elevator. Transfer arrangements also vary: booking sites advertise free transport, while some guests report charges or collection delays. Confirm inclusions and pickup details in writing. We'd skip it for a longer holiday or if stairs and inconsistent room standards would spoil your stay.
