Axel's take: 8.9/10

A strong business-district base, with comfortable rooms and breakfast worth making time for. an upscale, five-star-listed business hotel in San Isidro, scored for what it is.

Pullman Lima San Isidro is an upscale business hotel, now listed by Accor as five-star, and a strong pick for comfort rather than destination-hotel glamour. Recent Tripadvisor, Expedia and Accor guests repeatedly praise clean, comfortable rooms, helpful staff and a generous breakfast buffet. Restaurants and cafés are walkable, and the pool, sauna and Residente restaurant give it enough substance for downtime between meetings or sightseeing.

The main compromise is location: this is a San Isidro base, not a coastal Miraflores stay. Breakfast can cost extra, so check your booking. Service earns plenty of praise but isn't uniformly polished; recent Accor feedback includes slow bar service. A September 2026 Hotels.com guest reported a broken hot tub, so confirm it's working if that matters. We'd choose it for business or a comfortable city stop, not a pool-focused holiday.

• Best for: business travelers in San Isidro; couples wanting a comfortable city base; travelers who prioritize breakfast and service

• Watch out for: not a coastal Miraflores location; breakfast not included in every booking; confirm hot-tub availability

• Location: San Isidro business-district setting, with restaurants, cafés and El Olivar Park within walking distance.

• Rooms: Generally praised as spacious and comfortable, though some guests find lighting and storage awkward.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength across recent Accor, Expedia and Tripadvisor feedback.

• Service: Usually warm and helpful; occasional bar-service lapses fall short of the five-star positioning.

• Amenities: Outdoor pool, gym, sauna and Residente restaurant; one September 2026 guest reported the hot tub broken.

• Fees and surprises: Breakfast and extra beds may cost extra; check whether your booking includes breakfast.
