Axel's take: 9.1/10

An excellent Miraflores base with standout cleanliness, helpful staff and a sociable rooftop. a modern 4-star city hotel in central Miraflores, scored for what it is.

INNSiDE is a modern 4-star city hotel that gets the important things right: clean, comfortable rooms, genuinely helpful service and a walkable Miraflores location near Kennedy Park. Expedia and Booking.com guests consistently praise those basics, while breakfast earns plenty of enthusiastic mentions. We'd pick it for exploring Lima with reliable comfort rather than full-service luxury. The heated rooftop pool and Cataleya bar add a welcome place to unwind after sightseeing.

The trade-offs are modest but worth knowing. Some guests find rooms or bathrooms compact, and a March 2026 Tripadvisor review flags rooftop music reaching upper-floor rooms; other guests report quiet stays. Light sleepers should request a room away from the bar. The pool is better for a dip than serious swimming, and this is an urban base, not a beachfront escape.

• Best for: first-time Lima visitors; couples who enjoy a rooftop bar; business travelers wanting a walkable base

• Watch out for: possible rooftop music on upper floors; some compact rooms and bathrooms; small pool rather than a lap pool

• Location: Central Miraflores, close to Kennedy Park, restaurants and shops; not beachfront.

• Rooms: Modern and generally comfortable; some guests find rooms or bathrooms smaller than expected.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength across guest sites; Expedia rates cleanliness particularly highly.

• Service: Warm, helpful staff draw repeated praise; occasional breakfast-service delays are a minor exception.

• Amenities: Heated rooftop pool, Cataleya bar, restaurant, free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour gym.

• Fees and surprises: Check whether breakfast is included; pets and early check-in or late checkout can incur extra charges.
