Hotels in Lancaster, PennsylvaniaA practical 3-star chain hotel near the outlets and Dutch Wonderland
7.7/10
A convenient family base, though housekeeping and upkeep aren't consistently dependable.
This is a practical 3-star chain hotel near Tanger Outlets and Dutch Wonderland, and we'd consider it for a short shopping or family trip. Expedia guests repeatedly praise spacious rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff, especially the breakfast team. Included hot breakfast, free parking, an indoor pool and a gym make it a useful, straightforward base rather than somewhere you'd choose for atmosphere.
The reservation is consistency. Recent Tripadvisor and Google reviews describe missed housekeeping, missing toiletries, stained furnishings and maintenance problems, alongside plenty of clean, comfortable stays. Breakfast usually earns praise, but some guests report limited choices or slow replenishment. We'd pick it for convenience and included basics; we'd skip it if immaculate room condition and reliably attentive housekeeping matter more than proximity to the attractions.
