Hotels in Lake of the OzarksA lively, upscale 4-star lakefront resort with a marina and entertainment complex
8.6/10
Strong for spacious suites and lakefront fun, less convincing for peace and quiet.
Camden is an upscale 4-star lakefront resort built around boating, spacious accommodation and a lively entertainment scene. We'd pick it for a sociable lake weekend rather than a secluded spa escape. Recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise roomy suites, lake views, cleanliness and helpful staff. The hotel describes itself as newly renovated, and February 2026 coverage reports a completed property-wide refresh. Its marina, spa and seasonal swim-up bar give you plenty to do without leaving.
The main trade-off is noise: H. Toad's entertainment complex is part of the appeal, but music can carry into rooms late at night. Recent dining feedback is less consistent than room feedback, and a nightly resort fee applies. Expedia currently lists the outdoor pool and one dining venue as seasonally closed September 17–May 17; confirm availability before booking. We'd skip it for early nights or a pool-focused off-season break.
