Axel's take: 7.2/10

A practical Lekki base, but bathroom upkeep and service consistency need caution. a simple independent 3-star hotel in Lekki Phase 1, scored for what it is.

Ziroc Residence is a simple independent 3-star in Lekki Phase 1, best considered for its location rather than its luxury claims. We'd consider it for a short stay near Nike Art Gallery: an outdoor pool, restaurant and free parking cover the essentials. Google’s overall rating is positive, while Expedia and Agoda suggest a good rather than outstanding hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms earn praise across guest accounts.

The trade-off is consistency. Google's review breakdown flags bathrooms as a particular weakness, and newer guest comments split between clean rooms and poor maintenance. Restaurant and room-service delays also recur across sources. Expedia lists no elevator, and this is not a beachfront property. We'd skip it for step-free access or reliably polished service. Recent detailed reviews are limited, so confirm room condition before committing.

• Best for: short stays in Lekki Phase 1; travelers visiting Nike Art Gallery; guests arriving by car

• Watch out for: bathroom upkeep and uneven maintenance; slow dining and room service; no elevator

• Location: Near Nike Art Gallery in Lekki Phase 1; convenient locally, but not beachfront.

• Rooms: Air-conditioned rooms attract comfort praise, alongside reports of uneven maintenance.

• Cleanliness: Generally positive ratings, but bathroom complaints weaken confidence in consistency.

• Service: Friendly reception earns praise; dining delays and responsiveness are recurring weaknesses.

• Amenities: Listings include an outdoor pool, restaurant, bar, free Wi-Fi and free parking.

• Fees and surprises: Airport transfers cost extra; confirm breakfast inclusion and checkout time directly. Official website could not be accessed.
